RETURN AND REPLACEMENT POLICY
If an item arrives damaged, or if your order does not arrive, we will replace the item at our cost.
Incorrect or Damaged Item
You are eligible to receive a replacement if you receive an incorrect or damaged item. Requests for replacement must be received within 30 days of the arrival of your order and must be accompanied by photographs of the incorrect or damaged item. In the event of a damaged item, photograph(s) of the packaging are also required. We may request for the item being replaced to be returned to us at our expense.
Order Did Not Arrive
If your order does not arrive within 10 days of Estimated Delivery Date (when applicable) or in any case within 45 days of shipment (90 days for international orders), we will replace the order at our expense. In the event that the original order is received, we may request that it be returned at our expense.
Buyer Does Not Want Item
All other returns must be authorized in advance. If approved, you will be refunded the price of the item (not including original or return shipping charges or Individual Menaion Services) once the item has been returned to us in new condition.
